Quick, forget everything you knew about driving. RAIN!
So how is everyone coping with the rain?
I am glad we are getting some, but the timing pissed me off. I had just washed the car on Saturday.
Oh well, at least the car is sitting in the garage and I got a ride to work. Now I have to figure out how to get home without walking.
On a good note, there is a nice waterfall that is forming outside the office. It has a very tranquil sound which is making me want to take a nap.
So how is everyone else doing?
By the way, just as a side gripe, why is it people do not turn on their lights when it is pissing rain? Its a safety thing people. It is not just for you to see, but for others to see your car with less effort.

Just this morning a couple of firetrucks blocked the intersection of Vermont and I think Wilshire or the street north of it (2-car injury collision)...good thing I was able to make a right turn and was able to drive around it. Be careful out there !

Yup, pretty much. My office is now about a mile away and in the same direction my wife goes to get to work. So I just asked her to drop me off.
