The most brutal 911 yet, the Porsche GT2 RS!

Porsche is working on something brutal, the Porsche GT2 RS! Is this Porsches answer to the Ferrari 430 Scuderia and the Lamborghini Gallardo SuperVeloce? The first rumours about the GT2 RS surfaced nearly a year ago. Now it seems that the war on supercar-territory is raging on. We expect Porsche to give us the first details soon and show the car to the public at Geneva. Thanks to out photoshoper Kris we can now show you a pretty accurate impression of what the car is going to look like.

What can we expect from this Porsche? We suspect a carbon rear spoiler, lighter rims, widened wheel arches, and the necessary small optic improvements. Important is too that this Porsche will probably have a bit more power compared to the standard GT2 which already produces a monstrous 530bhp and 680nm of torque. You can expect an increase to at least 550bhp and 700nm of torque. Possibly a lot of changes will be done to the interior as well, just like with the GT3 RS. Bucket seats and a roll over cage will be installed to make this the ultimate Ringracer for who the GT3 RS doesn’t suffice. Just like with the GT3 RS series we expect Porsche to come up with some special colour schemes to make this GT2 RS a genuine racer.

I do like it although I think the brackets got to go since they replicate those "Rice-Rockets" out there.... Maybe carbon fiber....

This will seem interesting when more details come out. I am assuming a more aggressive suspension as well.
